The article “9/Tenths – Behind The Music” briefly discusses Brian’s approach on scoring the independant feature film 9/Tenths and some of the techniques and tools he used in creating a dense symphonic score in the independant film world.

Brian’s score for 9/TENTHS, has won the Gold Medal for “Best Music in a Feature Film” at the 2007 Park City Film Music Festival. Brian, Director Bob Degus and Director of Photography Nathan Wilson traveled to Park City, UT last week to represent the film in the city throughout the Park City Film Music Festival and Sundance. The film screened 4 times in the festival and was very well received by the audiences.
